This is my own personal project. It is the home I share with my partner Jackie. We have worked endlessly to make this old derelict building a home we can be proud of. We have great friends and family help out along the way too. Its an ongoing project that is in the mid way stage. When we purchased this place it had no running water or electricity. all that we could salvage from the existing building was the stone walls. and at that they where in disrepair and needed to be reinforced.

We built a new roof, reinforced the structure and built a timber frame internally. We insulated and drylined the entire building. and are currently cleaning, lime washing and pointing the exterior.
